In flag rugby, every player gets to be a part of the action. Our NJ Rugby program encourages players to learn running, passing, and sportsmanship in a safe and fun environment. Teams are run by experienced and patient rugby coaches who are dedicated to helping kids succeed in a new sport, feel welcome to the group and most of all have fun! New players are always welcome and no experience is needed. Flag rugby is easy to learn and fun to play so come get on the field and join us this summer.
Practices are once a week and tournaments on Saturday mornings. Every player will receive a team shirt.
